Traffic jam
I was late this moring, because there was under construction on Kyung-Bu highway. I was stuuck up in a traffic jam. It's my fault. Actually,before departure, I worried about two ways. The one way is go to Kyung-Bu highway, theother way is Joong-Ang high way. Finally, I choose Kyung-Bu highway. Today was not lucky.

You never know what traffic is going to be like. I always leave a little early just in case. ^^
TIPS
1. "..because the highway was under construction."
2. I think that your TS should be "I was late this morning because I was stuck in a traffic jam." Then you can explain why there was a traffic jam. ^^
